Wagging While Walking Dog Walking & Boarding Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by Wagging While Walking, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Offered: Wagging While Walking offers dog walking and dog boarding services as described on our website or as agreed upon with the client.
3. Booking and Payment: Clients must book services in advance and agree upon rates with Wagging While Walking. Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • Dog Walking: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled dog walking appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   • Dog Boarding: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel a scheduled dog boarding reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Dog Requirements: Clients must ensure that their dog(s) are up to date on vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses. Dogs with aggressive behavior towards humans or other animals may not be eligible for services.
6. Liability: While Wagging While Walking takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of dogs in our care, we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the provision of our services.
7. Client Responsibilities:
   • Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their dog(s) and their care requirements.
   • Clients must provide all necessary supplies, including food, medication, and any special equipment required for their dog(s).
   • Clients must ensure that their dog(s) are properly licensed and have identification tags with current contact information.
8. Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency involving a client's dog(s), Wagging While Walking will make every effort to contact the client and obtain necessary medical treatment. Clients authorize Wagging While Walking to seek veterinary care for their dog(s) in case of emergency, and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.
9. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wagging While Walking and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of our services.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of California.
11. Changes to Terms: Wagging While Walking reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly for any changes.
